For most homebuyers, purchasing a home is the largest and most complex financial endeavor they may ever undertake. But by choosing a REALTOR with an ABR designation, they’ll have more confidence in their buying experience as they’ll be working with an agent who goes the extra mile. Because an ABR doesn’t just signal an agent’s robust real estate knowledge, but their best-in-class service as well.
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy. SRS designees represent a global community of REALTORS® who use their advanced training and expertise to go above and beyond their client’s expectations.
A GRI can show you the way! Buying or selling property is often the biggest single investment you will make in your life…and can be a complex and stressful task. Between evolving technologies and changes in the marketplace, you need someone who is more than just “in the know,” you need a professional who is in touch with what’s new. As a GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), I have in-depth training in real estate technology tools, and am well-versed in both local and national legal issues. I look forward to putting these skills to work for you.
To become a CRS, REALTORS® must meet a number of stringent requirements that combine advanced hours of education and training, experience and success in the marketplace. A CRS agent adheres to a strict code of ethics that binds them to perform in the best interest of their clients at all times. CRSs are required to have between 25 and 150 transactions and between 16 and 80 additional hours of education beyond what’s required of the typical REALTOR®.
These are agents who are invested in their careers, in buying and selling real estate and in making sure their clients are satisfied. CRS is the sign of a true real estate professional. Don’t work with the rest, choose the best. Choose a CRS.
A REALTOR® with the MRP certification understands that when military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. The MRP certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members which helps their clients find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support that are available.
